Yathinktv and pattiedesign End User License Agreement

Terms and conditions -- Read below VERY carefully

1. Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0

Others are free to copy, distribute, display and perform the work;

As long as they:

•Give the original author credit.
•Do not use the work for commercial purposes.
•Make clear the original license terms. (see below)
•Do not alter, transform, or build upon this work.

2. The License: This is a license, not a sale. yathinktv and pattiedesign (Patricia A. Stone -- herein described as 'I') and its licensors continues to own all copyright on content, graphics, and video clips.

By viewing I am granting the viewer this License with the following terms and permissions for usage of the Video Footage (herein described as ‘edited video footage’):

I retain full copyright to all footage and said footage may not be edited, sold, downloaded (or be made downloadable) or distributed (for commercial or non-commercial purposes) to any other entity without prior written permission from pattiedesign (Patricia A. Stone).

Copyright: pattiedesign (Patricia A. Stone), its Licensors and Contributors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the submitted video clip not expressly granted by the License Grant above. Such rights are protected by the United States and International Copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement that is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this agreement.

No Warranty: pattiedesign (Patricia A. Stone) makes no representation or warranty with respect to the use of names, trademarks, logos, registered or copyrighted designs or works of art depicted in the video clip, and you must satisfy yourself that all necessary rights, model releases, consents or permissions as may be required for your intended usage are secured.

Neither pattiedesign (Patricia A. Stone) nor any of its directors, officers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, or agents shall be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, or consequential, or other damages arising out of the use of or the inability to obtain additional rights to the images.

Termination: The license contained in this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from pattiedesign (Patricia A. Stone) if you fail to comply with any provision of the Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using all video footage and destroy all copies of it.
